Guarantee and Shipping Information
We represent to you that our written descriptions are accurate and you may rely on them and return any item that is found not to be what we indicated, for your money back. If you wish to return other items due to a change in taste or decor, we will do so for store credit only.
Shipping will be done by agreement with the buyer, prepaid. We have two good local packing and shipping places. Most items will go out no later than the next day. We will be glad to provide quotes. To make a claim you must have insurance. Please examine your purchase immediately on arrival. If there is a problem created in shipping we will send you the information you will need to contact the insurer. Some have claimed minor damage to an item and asked for “compensation”. We never send “compensation.” If there is shipping damage, YOU must report it to the insurer.
